Mobile time recording offers the trades advantages for recording hours. Timesheets filled out manually or incorrectly are avoided. In addition, you no longer need to manually transfer the timesheets into the craftsman's software later in the office.
The app starts and the view immediately shows the hourly booking. You record the start of work, assign employees and assign the corresponding work slip. Hourly booking starts by selecting Start or by activating the entire booking line. The app also supports convoy booking. At the end you enter the end of work and complete the hour recording. The highlight is the subsequent recording. If the employee notices in the evening that hourly bookings are missing, he simply rebooks them.
New operating concept
For optimal readability, it can be used in portrait or landscape format. A search function on the home page allows you to search for saved data. You can also search using multiple terms. The different processing steps and stages are displayed in different colors. The user can therefore directly see the current status of the hourly booking.
More highlights
To quickly identify the projects, additional images of the construction project can be attached. The user can also store GPS data per booking. The chronicle presents itself as a number line. This includes the calendar weeks and days of the week. The days with hourly booking are highlighted in bold. If necessary, the user can access and view the recorded booking in detail. The data is transferred directly to MOS'aik. Here they are available for all further work steps.
Requirements
The measurement can be used on the mobile Android platform on a smartphone and tablet. To use our APP, the current version of our commercial software MOS'aik with the additional communication interface is required.
